Pay Dues

If you choose to pay online by credit card a processing fee will apply. 

Another payment option is to mail your HOA dues to P.O. Box 1132, Broussard, LA 70518. Updated rates are $190 for regular lots and $245 for waterfront lots and are due by February 28th (a $10 late fee will be applied after the due date).
